We left Owasso, Ok and headed toward Goodland, KS.  As we neared Liberal, KS we could see storms firing just east of Denver, CO., moving to the east, southeast...so we made the decision to go on to Limon, CO.  Beautiful drive...we had hoped to see some gorgeous lightning in the evening hours but the storm dissipated rapidly as we approached Limon. 

At least we were treated to a fantastic sunset.
